Reservation changes can be made by using the "Manage Existing Reservation" link below. Within seven days before arrival, any changes must be made by calling the Reservations Center at +1 800-843-4898.

Guests can manage reservations on booking website or by calling the Marriott at +1 (800) 228-8290. Changes can be made until the block closes on July 13th, 2026.
Hilton, San Jose
Guests can modify their reservation by emailing Lucy.Phung@hilton.com or Hem.Raju@hilton.com. Guests can also call central reservations with their confirmation number at +1 (800) 445-8667. Changes can be made until 48 hours upon arrival.
Attire
- Daytime sessions are business casual.
- Wednesday evening events are cocktail attire.
- Thursday evening events are black tie optional.
Cancellation
Converge26 Cancellation Policy
Converge registration is non-refundable. Cancellations made by March 30, 2026 may apply 100% of payment as a credit toward annual membership. Cancellations received by June 30, 2026 may apply 50% as a credit toward annual membership

Food
Meals are provided on Aug 5 and Aug 6, and beverage stations will be available periodically throughout the conference.
All meals are included throughout the duration of the conference. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and water will also be available throughout the day.

Registration
There is no need to register your spouse separately. We encourage them to attend all evening sessions as your plus one at no additional cost. Daytime sessions are exclusive to members, so a city guide for recommended daytime activities will be provided for your spouse.
Spouses are invited to attend your Exclusive Experience on Day 1 and Evening Events on all days as your plus one at no additional cost. You will indicate their attendance when you provide Conference Preferences in April. Daytime sessions are exclusive to members.
Travel

San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) is closest to the venue (10 minute drive). San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the next closest (40–60 minute drive). Shuttles do not run from the airports; a ride-share service is the best way to reach the hotels and conference center.
